醉东---是望湘园集团高端的餐饮品牌,它奉行的是宁波菜+红酒的概念。它强调传统小海鲜与西式餐饮的结合。 Oriental House, a high-end restaurant under South Memory Group, created the concept of Ningbo cuisine with red wine by combining traditional seafood and western dining together. 该店属于临街店铺,具有独特的夜宵酒吧模式。所以照明方面不仅仅是常规的室内餐饮照明,它还需延伸于室外,延伸至吧台。同样需要对中西用餐模式的考量与结合。 With a long shopfront facing the street, this store is an ideal place for supper bar, which requires lighting design not only for the common indoor area but also a subtle extension to the outdoor area as well as the bar area. Furthermore, careful consideration for a proper combination of Chinese and Western dining style is a must in lighting design. 在大胆色块与造型的空间,照明更是需要对细节尽心斟酌。对不同的用餐及场景氛围进行定义。使得用餐空间与酒吧空间的概念进行融合。 As to the lighting for irregular shape of spaces with bold design, more design details are required for better presentation, so as to define different dining scenes, thus making a fusion of dining space and bar space. LED屏,变焦射灯,重点桌面照明,氛围照明。这些都是为了让传统中餐与酒吧合一的照明手法。 Various lighting methods are applied in this store, such as LED screen, zoom spotlight, spotlight on desks, atmosphere lighting, etc, in order to mix traditional Chinese food into bar concept. 在满足基本功能性照明的基础前提下,越来越多的氛围照明,装置照明,场景控制成为了当下品味高端餐饮的基本诉求。 Apart from meeting basic lighting needs, more demands are proposed by high-end restaurants in lighting design, such as atmosphere lighting, device lighting, and scene control lighting.
